The body sensor/transmitter can communicate with the smart phone and the travelling smart phone can use DropBox to continuously update the computer which is performing high intensive monitoring computations. The smart phone operations are minimized to preserve its battery. DropBox must be installed on the smart phone and on the computer. One of the following two computer software programs is required for all (short range, mid range and long range) MyPulse monitors. It is supplied with hardware on a software and instructional video DVD.  Download a free demonstration copy or upgrade to MyPulse version 2012.1. Includes stop watch functions:  Start event, Lap number, Stop event markers and lapse times. MyPulse runs on computers with windows xp, vista, windows7 and .net framework 3.5 or later. All user settings and data from the previous version are retained. This version works with non-coded repeaters and our new coded repeaters. Also, this version allows you to set the incoming transmission speed (baud rate). So, if upgrading, be sure to select the baud rate that corresponds to your MyPulse hardware. MyPulse advanced home edition MyPulse professional edition INSTRUCTIONS Click on the MyPulse zip file icon then click on OPEN. Click INSTALL on the WinZip window and follow the instructions. If there is no INSTALL button on the WinZip window, click on EXTRACT ALL FILES. When the window of extracted files appears, click on Setup and follow the instructions NOTE: Some virus protection programs may block execution of files that are downloaded from the internet. So, temporarily turn off popup blocker and protection while MyPulse is installed. NOTE: Some versions of Windows block execution of files that are downloaded by internet explorer or received by outlook express email....the reason given is security. If this occurs, an executable file may be added to the list of acceptable files as follows. On your computer's task bar, click on Start, Control Panel, Security Center, Windows Firewall, Exceptions, Add Program and select SETUP.EXE and MyPulse.exe.
